  1. Fixed the 'Neocities' button not redirecting to my profile on Neocities.
  2. Reordered the button list to be next to the changelog. On mobile it reverts back to the original layout minus the (hr) tag.
  3. Adjusted the padding property on the changelog. (The scrollbar is weird)

  1. Fixed the ASCII titles clipping in mobile mode.
  2. Updated the not_found page's font and text.
